Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you've received, you may return unwanted items within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. It must be in the original packaging.
  3. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note that return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., if you received an incorrect or defective item).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

To initiate a return, please visit your Customer Account page or contact our customer service team with your order details.

Products that arrive with cosmetic defects or damage caused from shipping should be reported immediately (within 14 days) to initiate a return and replacement.

All MOS Equipment faraday bags and analysis enclosures are backed by our ironclad shielding guarantee. If any of our products fail to shield due to a manufacturing defect, we will return, exchange, or repair the item free of charge within 90 days of receipt of shipment. Nearly all products* are warrantied for 12 months after purchase, at the discretion of MOS Equipment. You can activate your product's warranty by visiting our Warranty Activation page. Product life is dependent on customer usage and MOS Equipment reserves the right to accept or deny refunds accordingly. Damage caused by water will not be covered under the warranty. Any modifications, alterations, or tampering made to the product, whether physical, mechanical, or electrical, will immediately void this warranty. Products that have been modified in any manner will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or repair under the terms of this warranty. *Blankets, fabric, tape, and other materials cannot be returned after they are opened. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@mosequipment.com.
 
GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift card will be emailed to you.
 
SHIPPING

To return your product, send a return request email to customerservice@mosequipment.com. We will give you return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
