PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept major credit cards, Amazon Pay, and PayPal for easy and secure checkout.

For Government Agencies

If you are a government agency looking to submit a purchase order (PO) or enter into a contract, please contact us at accounts@mosequipment.com. We accept government contracts and are ready to assist with procurement needs.

QUOTE REQUESTS

Quote requests can be easily submitted through the Quote Request page. We will review your request and get back to you within 1-2 business days.

SHIPPING

Products in stock ship within 1 business day. We do our best to process and ship orders on the same day if possible. Any order placed after 12:00 PM PST on Friday will be processed on the next business day, which is Monday (excluding public holidays). Orders are shipped from Goleta, California 93117 USA.

We ship worldwide. Shipping options and fees are provided on the checkout page. We usually ship international orders with UPS. If you feel the shipping price on the site is too high, please send us a contact request. We will check other options and get back to you promptly.

DUTY AND TAXES

All duty and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. You may be required to pay duty and taxes upon delivery of your order. Shipments originate from USA. Contact us if you have questions regarding how your duty and tax will be collected for international shipments.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you've received, you may return unwanted items within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

To be eligible for a return:

    1. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    2. It must be in the original packaging.
    3. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note that return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., if you received an incorrect or defective item).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

To initiate a return, please visit your Customer Account or contact our customer service team with your order details.

Products that arrive with cosmetic defects or damage caused from shipping should be reported immediately (within 14 days) to initiate a return and replacement.

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MOS Equipment Shielding Guarantee

All MOS Equipment faraday bags and analysis enclosures are backed by our ironclad shielding guarantee. If any of our products fail to shield due to a manufacturing defect, we will return, exchange, or repair the item free of charge within 90 days of receipt of shipment.

Warranty Coverage

Nearly all products* are warrantied for 12 months after purchase, at the discretion of MOS Equipment. You can activate your product’s warranty by visiting our Warranty Activation page. Product life is dependent on customer usage, and MOS Equipment reserves the right to accept or deny refunds accordingly.

Warranty Exclusions

Water Damage: Damage caused by water will not be covered under the warranty.

Product Modifications: Any modifications, alterations, or tampering made to the product—whether physical, mechanical, or electrical—will immediately void this warranty.

Ineligible Items: Products that have been modified in any manner will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or repair under the terms of this warranty.

*Blankets, fabric, tape, and other materials cannot be returned after they are opened.
