USAGE EXAMPLES
CREATE YOUR OWN FARADY ENCLOSURE
TitanRF™ Faraday Fabric and Tape make it easy to create your own faraday enclosure in order to isolate devices, prevent hacking/tracking/spying, reduce EMF exposure, prevent EMP destruction, etc. The high-shielding fabric is available to purchase by the yard, and can be cut and sewn like regular fabric. The conductive adhesive tape makes it effortless to connect fabric pieces and seal openings.

USE FOR CONSTRUCTION & D.I.Y. PROJECTS
TitanRF faraday supplies can be used for industrial or consumer construction projects to build shielded rooms, booths, and tents. The material allows you to add a layer of defense against harmful EMF, block signals for wireless testing and IOT development, and make custom RF enclosures to shield electronics of any size. Watch the DIY video series below to see how to build your own faraday box and install filters, vents, windows and more!
FARADAY BOX CREATION & INSTALLATION VIDEOS
PART 1) CONSTRUCT A SHIELDED BOX
Build your own faraday box using standard construction materials, then line the inside with certified MIL-STD-188-125 fabric, tape, and foam gaskets. A simple and easy way to protect your privacy and shield electronic devices.
PART 2) ADD A SHIELDED HONEYCOMB AIR VENT
Learn how to install an EMI honeycomb air ventilation panel inside a faraday box. Obtain effective electromagnetic shielding while allowing excellent airflow.
PART 3) ADD A SHIELDED FILTER
Learn how to install RF shielded filters inside a faraday box. Charge your devices and transfer data with USB, Ethernet, and power filters without allowing signals to enter inside your faraday box/cage.
PART 4) ADD A SHIELDED TRANSPARENT WINDOW
Learn how to install a shielded window inside a faraday box using transparent faraday fabric. View devices and signal cutoff inside your enclosure while continuing conductivity with faraday materials.
LAB TESTED AND CERTIFIED
SHIELDING EFFECTIVENESS TESTING COMPLETED BY KEYSTONE COMPLIANCE, AN ACCREDITED REGULATORY COMPLIANCE LABORATORY
Many Mission Darkness products, including faraday supplies and materials, have undergone rigorous lab testing to certify that they meet high-level shielding effectiveness standards. View the complete reports below for details on the specific products tested and results.
MIL-STD-188-125
- This compliance measure ensures that the products shield against high-altitude electromagnetic pulses (HEMPs) and related occurrences.
IEEE 299-2006
- This shielding effectiveness test determines the ability of material and enclosures to block electromagnetic and radio frequency signals.
