Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

LEAD TIME

We aim to ship all in-stock orders within 24 hours. However, occasional unforeseen delays may occur due to carrier issues, high order volumes, or other operational disruptions. While we strive for prompt fulfillment, we are not liable for delays outside of our control. Any order placed after 12:00 PM PST on Friday will be processed on the next business day, which is Monday (excluding public holidays). Orders are shipped from Goleta, California 93117 USA. Please inquire for out-of-stock lead times.

SHIPPING

We offer domestic and international shipping through USPS, UPS, DHL, or customer account. We usually ship international orders with UPS. If you feel the shipping price on the checkout page of the website is too high, please send us a contact request at customerservice@mosequipment.com. We will check other options and get back to you promptly.

DUTIES AND TAXES

All international shipment duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Be aware that you may be contacted by the courier upon delivery in order to collect duty and taxes imposed on your international shipment. Failure to pay these fees will result in the package being undeliverable.
