Mission Darkness TitanRF Faraday Foam Gasket conductive fabric over foam sponge

TitanRF™ Faraday Foam Gasket

The Mission Darkness TitanRF™ Faraday Foam Gasket is a foam strip covered in a high-shielding conductive fabric with an adhesive backing on the bottom side. The flexible radio frequency (RF) shielding foam is primarily used as a barrier for gasketing, cushioning, and sealing applications such as faraday enclosures, forensic box lids, doorways, and joints. It is available in multiple sizes; select the preferred dimensions from the drop-down menu. The short length is better for small enclosures, such as box lids. It is the same material used along the lid seal of the Mission Darkness BlockBox Lab. The long length is better suited for doorway frames and large enclosures.

To use, simply remove the peelable backing and firmly adhere to a flat surface. You can trim the gasket with scissors to fit your specific need.

Seal

I made a faraday cage in two Pelican cases, these seals were needed to close out the cases. I tried it without the seal and when I tested it, the test failed. I had to order the seal in order to complete the project. I bought two Pelican 1620 cases to protect two Honda EU2000i generators.

works good

purchased a lock box to line and I used the foam gasket for the lid, however, I got 100% shield on cell but somehow the internet wireless was still getting through even though i doubled lined the case so the gap must be in the gasket somehow.

A seal for a box

It is great because I did not have to make this. It was already made. It was purchased to be used in a box.
