TitanRF
Faraday Tape
The conductive copper/nickel adhesive tape that connects TitanRF™ Faraday Fabric, seals RF enclosures, and patches punctured bags. Cut it, peel it, stick it, and lock in a conductive seam that blocks cell, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and RFID signals.
The simplest way to close a Faraday cage.
TitanRF™ Faraday Tape is a high-shielding conductive adhesive tape engineered to join sheets of TitanRF Faraday Fabric, seal the seams of an RF shielding enclosure, and repair a punctured Faraday bag. It cuts, peels, and applies like ordinary tape, but it carries current across every overlap so signals can't leak through the joint.
It's independently lab-tested and certified to IEEE 299-2006, with shielding effectiveness measured across 1.5 GHz to 40 GHz by Keystone Compliance. To connect two sheets, overlap them slightly, then tape the front and back so every edge is covered. The bond is extremely strong and is not meant to be removed once set.
One roll. Many missions.
Connect fabric sheets
The fastest way to join overlapping sheets of TitanRF Faraday Fabric into a single conductive surface, front and back, with no gaps.
Seal RF enclosures
Close every seam, corner, and doorway of a DIY Faraday cage, shielded box, or signal-proof room so the enclosure stays fully conductive.
Patch & repair bags
Mend a punctured or worn Faraday bag in seconds, restoring the conductive barrier without replacing the whole enclosure.
Rooms & tents
Build signal-proof rooms, booths, and tents by sealing overlapping fabric layers across floors, walls, ceilings, and corner seams.
EMP & EMF projects
Seal EMP sheds, boxes, and covers, or reduce EMI/EMF exposure by closing the gaps in shielded panels and device wraps.
Industrial & testing
Isolate hardware and software under test, line construction projects, and add a conductive seal to custom RF enclosures of any size.
Built to seal. Tested to prove it.

Construct a shielded box
Build a box from standard materials, then line it with certified fabric, tape, and foam gaskets.
Add a shielded air vent
Install an EMI honeycomb panel for shielding with excellent airflow.
Add a shielded filter
Charge and transfer data through USB, Ethernet, and power filters without letting signals in.
Add a shielded window
Install a transparent Faraday window to view devices while maintaining conductivity.
Building a full enclosure?
For a fully shielded room there can be no gaps. Use two overlapping layers of fabric on floor, ceiling, and walls, and seal every seam, corner, and overlap with TitanRF Faraday Tape. For wall-scale runs, the wider 6 in and 10 in rolls cover more surface in a single pass.
EMF reduction and total signal blockage are different jobs. Reducing EMF may only mean covering a few walls or a device; eliminating WiFi entirely requires a complete cage with 100% conductive surfaces and zero penetrations, which means taping every joint. Common questions.
Which width and length should I choose?
Narrow 1 in and 2.5 in rolls suit phone and keyfob bags, fabric seams, and quick repairs; wider 6 in and 10 in rolls cover large panels, walls, and floors. Choose the 10 ft small roll for small projects and the 164 ft (50 m) large roll for full builds. Many builders prefer the 2.5 in width for general-purpose work over the 1 in.
How do I connect two sheets of fabric?
Place the sheets together and overlap them slightly, then adhere the tape to both the front and back layers so both sides are sealed and every edge is covered. This creates a continuous conductive seam between sheets of TitanRF Faraday Fabric.
Is the tape removable or repositionable?
No. The tape is extremely strong and cannot be removed easily once in place, and removing it may damage the fabric. Dry-fit and plan your placement before pressing the tape down.
Can it patch or repair a punctured Faraday bag?
Yes. The tape works like a patch to quickly repair a punctured or worn Faraday bag, restoring the conductive barrier without replacing the enclosure.
Are there safety considerations?
The tape contains copper and nickel, so it is conductive and flammable. Keep it away from outlets, plugs, cables, and any electrical sources to reduce fire risk. California Prop 65: this product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.
