TURN ANY BOX INTO A SECURE, SHIELDED TRANSPORT CONTAINER
The Mission Darkness™ TitanRF™ Faraday Shipping Liner is a custom-sized RF and EMP-shielded liner designed to drop into standard shipping boxes, pallet crates, Pelican-style cases, and drone-transport containers. Built from multiple layers of TitanRF Faraday Fabric and TitanRF Faraday Tape, the liner creates a continuous conductive envelope around the contents, blocking wireless communication and protecting sensitive electronics from electromagnetic threats during transport.
A defining feature is its drawstring cinch-style closure, which replaces conventional folded or magnetic seals. This innovative approach allows for a wide, unobstructed opening, ideal for fitting larger drones and equipment, while maintaining ease of operation and rapid sealing.
Despite its robust shielding performance, the liner remains lightweight, flexible, and highly portable. It compresses easily for storage in a pack, staging kit, or field case, making it simple to keep on hand and deploy whenever secure, shielded transport is required.
Whether you’re shipping a single high-value device, a rack of comms gear, or an entire drone payload, the liner provides instant signal isolation and EMP resilience inside the packaging you already use.
FEATURES
- Full-coverage reusable faraday liner with a double-layer TitanRF Faraday Fabric on the bottom and all four walls for high shielding performance
- Quick access cinch-top closure designed to fully seal without reducing usable internal volume
- Blocks Wi-Fi (2.4 & 5GHz), Bluetooth, cell signals including 5G, GPS, RFID, NFC, and other RF sources from low MHz up to 40GHz
- Lab-tested TitanRF shielding (TitanRF Faraday Fabric is lab tested and certified to shielding effectiveness standards MIL STD 188-125 and IEEE 299-2006), providing proof of performance against HEMP, CME, and related EM threats
- Drone-ready shipping protection; ideal for BVLOS drone delivery trials, drone-in-a-box deployments, and remote sensor shipments where RF interference, spoofing, or tracking must be prevented in transit
- Tape-sealed seams using TitanRF Faraday Tape to maintain continuous conductivity across joints and panel interfaces with long term performance
-
Lightweight, portable, and field-deployable; folds down compactly to fit in a travel bag or field pack
- Custom-built to match your box, crate, or case dimensions
-
Designed and assembled in the USA by MOS Equipment

USAGE EXAMPLES
- Ship pre-configured drones with radios powered but fully isolated until arrival
- Move classified or export-controlled electronics between secure sites without RF exposure
- Protect prototype sensors or RF-sensitive test gear during air or ground freight
- Line reusable shipping containers, custom drone cases, or Pelican-type cases used in field deployments
APPLICATIONS
-
Drone payload and ground-station shipping
- Protect radios, flight computers, payload sensors, and crypto modules from RF access and EMP events while in transit
-
Defense, law-enforcement, and forensics logistics
- Maintain signal isolation and chain of custody for evidence or secure devices between facilities
-
High-value electronics and communications gear
- Servers, SDRs, modems, SATCOM gear, ICS controllers, and prototype hardware
-
EMP and CME-hardened logistics
- Add a faraday layer inside existing packaging for programs requiring survivability against HEMP/CME per TitanRF standards
HOW IT WORKS
-
Measure your container
- Provide internal length, width, height and any special constraints (foam inserts, mounting rails, etc.)
-
We engineer the liner
- Our team uses your dimensions to optimize a design for shielding performance and material efficiency
-
Double-layer construction
- Two layers of TitanRF Faraday Fabric create a redundant layer of faraday protection
-
Cinch-top closure
- A double-layer cinch band allows the top to close completely while preserving interior volume—critical for tight drone and equipment fits
-
Drop-in deployment
- Place the liner in your box or crate, load the contents, tightlty cinch closed, and seal the outer packaging as usual
USAGE WARNING
Please note, the faraday material inside will become defective with extended water contact or any punctures, thus the enclosure should not be used to hold wet devices or carry unprotected sharp objects.
STANDARD AND CUSTOM-FIT FARADAY LINERS
TitanRF™ Faraday Shipping Liners are available in a wide range of sizes. Two standard sizes can be purchased directly using the drop-down menu, while all other dimensions are built to order.
For custom sizes, please refer to the Pricing Table chart below, which lists a broad selection of container dimensions along with associated cost ranges. These liners are not pre-built and require a formal quote, as each one is made to match your exact specifications. We can fabricate liners to any dimensions you need, and the chart is provided simply as a reference for common sizes. Custom orders include a slight lead time to allow for fabrication.
