Does This Cellphone Make Me Look Fat?

Does This Cellphone Make Me Look Fat?

Diet and exercise not cutting it? Here’s what you might be missing….

What’s in your hand, your pocket, on your bedside table while you sleep, an essentially everywhere you are?

The little rectangle we all carry around. More than that, how about the WIFI everywhere, the Bluetooth in our cars and all our devices, nosy Miss Alexa who is always listening, and the cell phone tower down your block.

EMF radiation, 5G, cellular radiation, satellites, and radio frequency. They are now more a part of human existence than ever before, and according to the research, they may be slowly destroying human health.

Let’s rewind just two decades ago when we as a society had much less exposure. Remember when we talked to each other when we were in the waiting area of an airport gate? No wi-fi, no tablets, and if you wanted to go on the computer, it was to try not to die from dysentery on Oregon Trail or simply your job required a computer.

And when you looked out on the horizon, you couldn’t count cell phone towers, but perhaps instead you watched the clouds go by and relaxed. Now our toasters have WIFI, diapers can tell you when your child is wet, and constant Instagram trolling is a favorite pastime. But at what cost?!

Convenience and numbing out comes with a price. Your health. Your psyche. And even your waistline. Here’s what you need to know about why shielding from these devices and using them less and less could be your ticket to finally seeing your health improve:

Our Smartphones are causing immune issues according to a 2017 study on human antibodies… “It seems that radiation of mobile phone antennas influenced the blood and immune systems…”

How about this study, where research clearly showed that radiation alters the sex hormones, which can lead to weight gain!

And here’s another that shows exposure to EMF caused a weight increase and alters metabolism. Do these pants make me look fat? No, no, no - your cell phone does.

Think about this: We live in an age where we have access to healthy food and various ways to exercise than ever before, and yet e are fatter and sicker than ever before. Still think it’s about diet and exercise only?

A brand new study touts the use of cell phones as a causative factor in thyroid cancers. And when it comes to men’s health, one study demonstrates that chronic exposure to radio-frequency electromagnetic radiation of cell phone leads to defective testicular function. Trouble in the bedroom? Could it be from carrying your cell phone in your pocket?

Finally, Here’s a few more interesting studies:

It was unveiled that a majority of the subjects who were living near cell towers complained of sleep disturbances, headache, dizziness, irritability, concentration difficulties, and hypertension.

A recent study in the International Journal of Oncology stated: “We conclude that radio-frequency fields should be classified as a Group 2A probable̓ human carcinogen (cancer causing agent) under the criteria used by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (Lyon, France).”

And did you know that LTE signal on your phone could be causing you cell senescence and decrease good cell turnover….meaning you will age faster?

My favorite shielding company Mission Darkness provides quality products ranging from blankets, to beanies, and even backpacks that will allow you to traverse the world and still stay safe from all the cellular dangers that have infiltrated our lives.

And check out this video of me bringing the fanny pack back - EMF-shielded style!

Bottom line? It’s time to start shielding from dangerous EMF. We can live in the modern world and still use devices in a safe way and that’s where shielding comes in.

Plan to continue life as usual in our technological world? I highly recommend shielding and protecting both yourself and those you love as well as limiting your exposure to these many devices. Here’s a few tips:
1. Turn off blue-tooth and wifi when not in use.
2. Invest in products that don’t have wifi built-in. P.S. Toasters don’t need wifi.
3. Turn off the blue-tooth in you car and use the AUX port.
4. When you’ve got free time, avoid numbing out to a device. Explore the outdoors. Craft. Relax with a good book.

Remember life is better on the other side of the rectangle, so put it down and live a little. And just maybe you’ll live longer too.
